"Flax to Linen" Workshops, by The Low Technology Institute

Summer 3-day series in Cooksville, Wisconsin (July 10, 24, and Aug 7, noon to 4pm). Sign up for all 3 days or select 1 or 2 days. Spaces are limited, so sign up soon to make sure you get in.

Flax is a sustainable, easy to grow fiber. You will learn how to grow it and then get hands on experience with harvesting, processing, and spinning the flax fiber into linen thread. This was a common skill for many of our ancestors, but rare today.
